工作原理:

 

干粉溶液制備過(guò)程是通過(guò)各個(gè)溶液槽分級(jí)逐步完成的,溶液槽之間隔開(kāi),保證每個(gè)溶液槽內(nèi)的*反應(yīng)時(shí)間和恒定濃度,避免在預(yù)制槽和藥液儲(chǔ)存槽之間有任何直接通路,自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)與儲(chǔ)存槽上的液位控制器相連,一旦液位達(dá)到低位,觸發(fā)進(jìn)水電磁閥打開(kāi),干投機(jī)啟動(dòng),投加量安裝水量設(shè)定,以獲得精確濃度,當(dāng)液位達(dá)到zui高點(diǎn),此循環(huán)過(guò)程就停止,當(dāng)然攪拌器還按設(shè)定時(shí)間繼續(xù)工作.

 

Working principle

    The process of powder solution preparation operates each solution tank glade, and they are blocked off.
