HSN三螺桿泵選型步驟及注意事項

1、首先要準確了解HSN三螺桿泵的實際工作參數，如壓力、流量、介質的工作溫度及介質在工作溫度下的粘度、介質有無潤滑性、腐蝕性等；
1, we should accuray understand the actual working parameters of the HSN three screw pump, such as the temperature and medium pressure, flow rate, medium viscosity at operating temperature, medium with and withoutlubrication, corrosion resistance;
2、根據介質在工作溫度下的粘度初步選擇泵的轉速，一般粘度小于300mm2/s，選擇n=1450r/min比較適合，當粘度大于300mm2/s，請慎重考慮泵的必需汽蝕余量，以免泵產生振動；

4、從泵的必需汽蝕表（P15）上，根據泵的規(guī)格轉速粘度查出泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值；

5、如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值小于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，那么泵選型正確；如果泵的必需汽蝕余量NPSHr值大于管道裝置的汽蝕余量NPSHa值，則要選擇大一檔的泵或是降低轉速，并重新校合NPSHr值。NPSHr ≤ NPSHa+K（一般情況安全裕度 K取0.3—0.5m）

6、選定泵的規(guī)格后，在對應的粘度下，從表中查出此規(guī)格泵在工作壓力下△P下的流量與軸功率N1，選配電機功率N2，N2 ≥ K·N1。N1（Kw） ≤5 5＜N1≤10 10＜N1≤50 ＞50K 1.25 1.2 1.15 1.1
