IH 型化工泵為單吸單級(jí)懸臂式離心泵,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì),符合ISO2858、ISO3069、ISO3661 標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是機(jī)械工業(yè)部確定取代F 型耐腐蝕泵的節(jié)能、更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品,效率高,汽蝕性能好,吸入性能好,適合輸送有腐蝕性的液體。廣泛用于化工、石油、冶金、造紙、食品、制藥、合成纖維等部門。
我公司在原 IH 泵基礎(chǔ)上新增了小流量泵和大流量泵,擴(kuò)寬了IH 泵型譜,使得IH 泵在更寬廣的范圍內(nèi)得以使用。大口徑的IH 泵流道寬,不易堵塞,特別適合輸送有化學(xué)腐蝕的含有污雜物的液體。廣泛用于食品廠、制藥廠、煉廠、化纖、化工等工廠的排污、廢水處理,也可作清水供水用。

General Description
IH series pump is a single suction and single stage cantilever centrifugal one for chemical industry use, which
adopts an international standard, being in conformity with the standards in ISO2858、ISO3069、ISO3661. This
product is confirmed by the Mechanical Industry Department of the state to take place F type corrosion – resisting
centrifugal pump (above 50 diameter)for it is an energy – saving novel product. Its efficiency is 3~5% higher than
F type pump, the cavitation residual volume is superior and sucking function is fine, which is suitable to convey the
liquid with erosion, being able to apply on the departments of chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgical industry,
paper making, food, pharmaceutical industry and compound fabric industry etc.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
泵主要由泵體、葉輪、密封環(huán)、泵蓋、軸、懸架等組成。泵采用后開(kāi)門結(jié)構(gòu),可以在不拆進(jìn)、出口管路的情況下進(jìn)行檢修,十分方便。泵體是軸向吸入、徑向排出,腳支撐式。泵進(jìn)出口法蘭尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用 GB9113.3-88(1.6MPa),等效于HG20595-97(1.6MPa)。
轉(zhuǎn)子部件由滾動(dòng)軸承支撐,軸承用 N32 號(hào)機(jī)械油潤(rùn)滑。如需采用黃油潤(rùn)滑,請(qǐng)?jiān)诤贤凶⒚鳌?/span>
泵葉輪螺母采用鋼絲螺套防松,有效防止由于泵運(yùn)行中的振動(dòng)或反轉(zhuǎn)造成的葉輪螺母松脫。
油位計(jì)采用自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償油位計(jì),使泵運(yùn)行中的潤(rùn)滑得到可靠的保證。
從驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)端看泵,泵為順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)。
泵過(guò)流部件可采用的材質(zhì): 1Cr18Ni9、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、304L、316、316L、904、
20#合金、CD4MCu、哈氏合金等,并可按用戶使用要求選用其他材質(zhì)。
Feathers of Structure
The pump consist of pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft and bearing house etc. The
pump adopts a structure of rear-door, for facilitating maintenance without dismantling pipe system of inlet and
outlet. Much convenience in application.
The pump casing is designed with feet below, and discharge is positioned upward, suction in the axial.
The size of the pump flange adopts GB9113.3-88(1.6MPa),equivalent to HG20595-97(1.6MPa).
Rotor part is supported by rolling bearings, the bearing uses N32 machine oil for lubrication, if you want to
use grease for lubrication, please make a note in the ordering.
The impeller nuts adopt steel spacer for preventing loose, which can effectively prevent loose and misplace of
the impeller nuts due to the vibration in the operation and reverse rotation.
Oil meter adopts automatic making-up type, so to guarantee the lubrication during operation, thus raising up
the lifetime of the pump.
Viewing from the end of driver, the rotation direction of the pump is in clockwise.
The material of parts which contact with liquid are made by 1Cr18Ni9、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、
304L、316、316L、904、alloy 20#、CD4MCu、Hasloy alloy etc. we can also adopt the other corrosion-resistance
materials according to user' s requirement.
軸 封
泵軸封形式有填料密封、單端面機(jī)械密封和雙端面機(jī)械密封。若泵進(jìn)口壓力較大時(shí),宜選用平衡型機(jī)
械密封。
填料密封主要用于場(chǎng)地清潔要求不高允許有少量泄露的場(chǎng)合,若輸送的介質(zhì)易結(jié)晶或含有顆粒也宜采
用填料密封。

機(jī)械密封密封性能可靠,泄漏量小,使用壽命長(zhǎng)。它分為單端面機(jī)械密封和雙端面機(jī)械密封,其中雙
端面機(jī)械密封適用于高溫、易燃、易揮發(fā)有毒介質(zhì),以及強(qiáng)腐蝕、帶懸浮顆粒,易結(jié)晶和有纖維的介質(zhì)。
單端面機(jī)械密封內(nèi)部設(shè)有自沖洗結(jié)構(gòu)。雙端面機(jī)械密封需外接沖洗液。沖洗液根據(jù)泵輸送介質(zhì)及溫度、
壓力等工作條件不同而不同,沖洗液可用清潔水或本身輸送的介質(zhì),若介質(zhì)的溫度高或含有顆粒雜質(zhì)時(shí),
應(yīng)先對(duì)介質(zhì)進(jìn)行冷卻、過(guò)濾后才能通入密封腔。沖洗液的壓力應(yīng)高于密封腔前的壓力的0.05~0.1Moa,起
動(dòng)泵前,需先打開(kāi)沖洗冷卻系統(tǒng),停車后才能切斷沖洗冷卻系統(tǒng)。
沖洗液壓力:泵進(jìn)口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程×45%
(對(duì)非平衡型機(jī)封,沖洗液壓力zui高不超過(guò)0.8MPa)

Shaft Sealing
The shaft sealing adopt with stuffing sealing, single mechanical sealing, or double –end mechanical sealing. In
case that the pump suction pressure is bigger, it is advised to select balance mechanical sealing.
The stuffing sealing is used in the case that the requirement for site in clearance is not strict and a little
leakage is permissible. Or in case that the liquid conveyed is easily crystallized or contained with grain, it is also
advised to use stuffing sealing.
The mechanical sealing is characterized by the function reliable, leakage less and life time longer. It divides
single mechanical sealing and double mechanical sealing. In which the double mechanical sealing is suitable to
apply on the occasions in high temperature, being flammable, easily blasting, and easily volatilizing poisonous
agent and with strong erosion, with suspending particles, easily crystallized and with fabric agent.
There sets up an automatic flush device in the inside of single mechanical sealing. Whereas the double
mechanical sealing needs connecting with the outside for flush liquid, which is various in degree due to the
difference in pumping liquid, temperature and pressure etc. working conditions. The flush liquid takes clear water
or medium pumped. In case that the temperature of the agent is high or contained with grain, it should conduct
cooling proceed to the agent first, after filtering then getting through into sealing cavity. The pressure of washing
liquid should be 0.05~0.1MPa higher than the pressure in the front of sealing cavity. Before starting the pump, it
needs to open washing and cooling system at first, and not to cut off that system before stopping operation.

使用說(shuō)明
1.使用前的準(zhǔn)備
(1)水泵安裝完畢后,必須經(jīng)過(guò)一次全面性的檢查,特別要檢查管路和泵體內(nèi)是否有小零件、小工具、
紙墊、木塊等物在里面,檢查基座固定螺栓是否旋緊,用皮帶傳動(dòng)的空間和邊緣不能擱置物體。
(2)將機(jī)組外部各處的油膩、穢物擦干凈。
(3)對(duì)于用稀油潤(rùn)滑的泵,往懸架油箱內(nèi)加入
N32 號(hào)機(jī)械油。切勿加多油,以免漏油。
(4)用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器或拉動(dòng)皮帶輪應(yīng)感覺(jué)輕快,
松緊要均勻。
(5)當(dāng)泵處于倒灌情況下時(shí),打開(kāi)吸入管路閘閥,
引液體到泵內(nèi)。如非倒灌情況,則需引入液體灌泵。
(6)檢查出水管閘閥、壓力表及進(jìn)水管的真空表
的安裝是否正確?并將旋塞閑上 (如果泵上裝有這些
附件)。
(7)檢查原動(dòng)機(jī)與水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否相同(原
動(dòng)機(jī)回轉(zhuǎn)方向在安裝時(shí)已試驗(yàn)確定)。水泵避免反
轉(zhuǎn)以免葉輪螺帽等因反轉(zhuǎn)松開(kāi)(泵只能開(kāi)動(dòng)動(dòng)力機(jī)作
瞬時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)檢查其轉(zhuǎn)向)。
2.起動(dòng)與停止
(1)準(zhǔn)備工作完畢后啟動(dòng)原動(dòng)機(jī),并打開(kāi)壓力
表旋塞。如為皮帶傳動(dòng),先將水泵開(kāi)在750 轉(zhuǎn)/分,待動(dòng)力機(jī)熱后再開(kāi)到額定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。
(2)當(dāng)水泵以全轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)工作時(shí),壓力表顯示適當(dāng)壓力,然后打開(kāi)真空表旋塞并且慢慢的打開(kāi)排水管路上
的閘閥到需要的范圍為止(即壓力達(dá)到預(yù)計(jì)的水泵揚(yáng)程的壓力時(shí))
(3)當(dāng)要停止水泵時(shí),慢慢關(guān)閉排水管路閘閥,關(guān)閉真空表旋塞,并停止原動(dòng)機(jī),然后關(guān)閉壓力表旋
塞。如為皮帶傳動(dòng),先將水泵開(kāi)在750 轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘以下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)約5 分鐘再停車。如果所處的環(huán)境,外界溫度是0℃
或低于0℃時(shí),應(yīng)把泵內(nèi)的積水和水管內(nèi)積水放盡,以免凍裂。
3.機(jī)械密封使用說(shuō)明
(1)裝拆機(jī)械密封時(shí)應(yīng)仔細(xì),保持密封零件的干凈和光潔。
(2)動(dòng)環(huán)、靜環(huán)端面絕不能劃傷,碰破。裝配時(shí)密封面上涂一層清潔機(jī)油。
(3)使用雙端面機(jī)械密封時(shí),應(yīng)有單獨(dú)的密封沖洗系統(tǒng),參見(jiàn)第3 頁(yè)。起動(dòng)前,需先打開(kāi)密封沖洗系
統(tǒng),停車后才能切斷密封沖洗系統(tǒng)。

Description of Use
1.preparation before use
(1)The pump must be through a comprehensive examination after installation, especially inspect if there are
small tools and spares, spacers of paper and wood blocks inside the pipeline and casing. Inspect if the fixing screws
of foundation are tightened. Don, t put matters in the space and the verge of which driven by belt.
(2)Clean the filth and greasiness of the surface of unit.
(3)Pour the machine oil into the bracket oil box of the pump which lubricated by thinner oil.
(4)Rotate the shaft coupling or draw the belt pulley by hand should feel lightly and freely, and the degree of
tightness must be even.
(5)In case that the pump is pumping up liquid, to open up the gate valve of inlet pipe route to draw in liquid to
the inside of the pump. If not in the same case, it is necessary to draw in liquid to fill it in the pump.
(6)Check to see if the installations of the gate valve of drain pipe, pressure gauge and vacuum meter are
correct, and close the cock. (If the pump fix these accessories).
(7)Inspect if the direction of the rotation of the shaft and motor is identical. (The direction of the motor had
been tested when the motor installed.)The shaft absoluy can, t be reverse to avoid the impeller nut
loosen.(Inspect the steering of the shaft which drive by claw coupling is only by means of drive the motor to do
instantaneous rotation.)
2. Starting and stop.
(1)After preparation is completed, start the power and open the cock of the pressure gauge. If it is driven by
belt, start the pump to 750r.p.m then start to rated speed when the power heat.
(2)When the pump work with total speed, the pressure gauge shows suitable pressure, then open the cock of
the vacuum meter, and slowly open the gate valve on the drainage pipeline until the range which is required.
(3)When the pump will be stopped, slowly close the gate valve on the drainage pipeline, close the cock of the
vacuum meter, and stop the power, then close the cock of the pressure gauge. If it is driven by belt, lower the speed
to below 750r.p.m. for five minutes before stop. If the ambient temperature does not exceed 0℃, must drain out
entirely the water in the pump and the pipe, so as to protect the pump from cracking the caused by freezing.
3. Description of mechanical seal
(1)Install or dismantle the mechanical seal must be careful, to keep clean and polish of sealed parts.
(2)It is absoluy not make scratch or damage on the surface of rotating seal ring or stationary seal ring. When
installing it should apply a layer of clean machine oil on it.
(3)When using the double mechanical seal, it should have an exclusive sealing flush system, refer to page 3.
Before starting, it is necessary to open flush system for the sealing. It is to cut off sealing flush system only when
the operation is stopped.

運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)
1. 泵只允許在規(guī)定的參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
2. 注意水泵軸承溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)外界溫度35℃,zui高溫度不應(yīng)大于80℃。
3. 在水泵工作的*個(gè)月內(nèi),經(jīng)100 小時(shí)后,更換懸架內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑油,以稀油潤(rùn)滑的泵每工作1500 小時(shí)
換油一次,黃油潤(rùn)滑的在2000 小時(shí)換油一次。
4. 定期檢查彈性聯(lián)軸器,如果彈性件磨損或聯(lián)軸器體損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。
5. 注意電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承溫升以及電機(jī)的三相電流。
6. 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中,如發(fā)現(xiàn)噪音或不尋常聲音時(shí),應(yīng)立即停車,檢查其原因。
7. 如果長(zhǎng)期停止使用水泵,水泵應(yīng)拆卸,擦凈內(nèi)部水份,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部份涂抹上黃油或防銹漆,包裝保管好。
8.水泵工作每經(jīng)2000 小時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行周期檢查,零件如有磨損壞的必須更換。
葉輪與密封環(huán)配合的zui大間隙如下,超過(guò)此值必須更換密封環(huán)。如果葉輪的密封環(huán)位磨損嚴(yán)重,葉
輪也應(yīng)更換。

Operation and Maintenance
1. The pump must operate only in the range of a set parameter.
2. Pay attention to the bearing temperature does not exceed the ambient temperature as 35℃ or by 80℃ at
most.
3. In the first month of the pump running, renew the lubricating oil after 100 hours, henceforth renew the oil at
intervals of 1500 hours, and renew the grease at intervals of 2000 hours.
4. A periodical inspection of the coupling should be made, pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor
bearing.
5. Stop the pump for inspection when discover noise or abnormal sounds in running.
6. When the pump is to be out of service for a long time, it is necessary to have the pump dismantled, wipe
inside dry, and apply grease or rust prevention to the rotator, and keep them well.
7. After every 2000 hours of operation a periodical inspection of the pump should be made. The parts which
have been worn–out should be replaced. The clearance of the cooperation between the impeller and sealing ring is;
the pump which suction diameter does not exceed 100mm, the maximum in direction of diameter is 1.5mm; the
pump which suction diameter does not lack 150mm, the maximum is 2mm exceed the numerical value must
replace sealing ring.

附3:泵基本參數(shù)知識(shí)
1、流量Q
離心泵的流量即為離心泵的送液能力,流量是泵在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)輸送出去的液體量(體積或質(zhì)量)。
泵的流量取決于泵的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸(主要是葉輪的直徑與葉片的寬度)和轉(zhuǎn)速等。實(shí)際使用時(shí),泵實(shí)際所能
輸送的液體量還與管路阻力及所需壓力有關(guān)。
常用流量單位: m3/h (每小時(shí)立方米),L/s(每秒升),m3/s(每秒立方米)等。
計(jì)量單位換算:1L/s=3.6m3/h=0.06m3/min=60L/min
國(guó)外容積單位常用加倫(gallon),1 加倫(英制)= 4.546 升,1 加倫(美制)= 3.785 升
2、揚(yáng)程 H
離心泵的揚(yáng)程又稱為泵的壓頭,揚(yáng)程是泵所抽送的單位重量液體從泵進(jìn)口處(泵進(jìn)口法蘭)到泵出口
處(泵出口法蘭)能量的增值。即單位重量液體通過(guò)泵所獲得的能量叫揚(yáng)程。泵的揚(yáng)程包括吸程在內(nèi),近
似為泵出口和入口壓力差。目前對(duì)泵的壓頭尚不能從理論上做出的計(jì)算,一般用實(shí)驗(yàn)方法測(cè)定。
泵的揚(yáng)程大小取決于泵的結(jié)構(gòu)(如葉輪直徑的大小,葉片的彎曲情況、轉(zhuǎn)速等)。
揚(yáng)程用 H 表示,即泵抽送液體的液柱高度,單位為米。泵的壓力常用MPa(兆帕)、kg/cm2 (每平方厘
米公斤)表示。1MPa=1000kPa=145Psig (磅/英寸2)=10kg/cm2, 1kg/cm2=10m, 1bar=0.98 kg/cm2
3、轉(zhuǎn)速 n
轉(zhuǎn)速是泵軸單位時(shí)間的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù),用符號(hào)n 表示,單位是r/min(每分鐘轉(zhuǎn)速)
4、汽蝕余量 NPSH 和吸程
液體在一定溫度下,降低壓力至該溫度下的汽化壓力時(shí),液體便產(chǎn)生氣泡。這種產(chǎn)生氣泡的現(xiàn)象稱為
汽蝕。20℃常溫清水的汽化壓力為0.0238kg/cm2,所以常溫20℃清水當(dāng)壓力降到0.0238kg/cm2 就開(kāi)始汽化。
NPSHa——裝置汽蝕余量,是由吸入裝置提供的,是指在泵吸入口處單位重量液體所具有的超過(guò)汽化
壓力的富余能量。NPSHa 越大泵越不容易發(fā)生汽蝕。
(NPSH)r——泵的汽蝕余量,也稱必需汽蝕余量,表示泵進(jìn)口部分到葉輪處被加壓前的壓力降。NPSHr
越小,表示壓力降小,要求裝置必須提供的NPSHa 小,因而泵的抗汽蝕性能越好。
吸程=標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓(10.33 米)—汽蝕余量—安全量(0.5 米)。例如:某泵必需汽蝕余量為4.0 米,吸程=10.33
—4.0—0.5=5.83 米
5、功率 N
泵的功率通常是指輸入功率,即原動(dòng)機(jī)傳至泵軸上的功率,故又稱為軸功率,用P 或N 表示。
P=QH×9.8/(3600η) (kW) (Q 單位:m3/h, H 單位:m)
單位換算:1kW = 1.36HP (馬力), 1 馬力 = 0.735kW
6、效率η
泵在輸送液體過(guò)程中,軸功率大于排送到管道中的液體從葉輪處獲得的功率,因?yàn)槿莘e損失、水力損
失、機(jī)械損失都要消耗掉一部分功率,而離心泵的效率即反映泵對(duì)外加能量的利用程度。常用η表示。
泵的效率值與泵的類型、大小、結(jié)構(gòu)、制造精度和輸送液體的性質(zhì)有關(guān)。大型泵效率值高些,小型泵
效率值低些。
