進(jìn)口(BACH)進(jìn)口入料泵應(yīng)用:
礦用耐磨多級(jí)泵用于輸送顆粒含量不大于1.5%,粒度不大于1.3mm,溫度低于80°C的中性礦井水及其他類似的污水。
礦用耐磨多級(jí)泵分為單吸多級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)和雙吸多級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu),是我公司在D型單吸多級(jí)離心泵基礎(chǔ)上研制多年,開(kāi)發(fā)成功的,該系列泵是多級(jí)泵的代替品。該系列產(chǎn)品高效區(qū)寬、氣蝕性能好、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、易損件少、可靠性大大提高,用戶維護(hù)成本大大降低,從而降低泵的壽命周期成本。
可供輸送不含固體顆粒(磨料)、不含懸浮物的清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于清水的其它液體之用。也可通過(guò)改變泵的材質(zhì)(或泵過(guò)流部件的材質(zhì))、密封形式和增加冷卻系統(tǒng)用于輸送熱水、油類、腐蝕性或含磨料的介質(zhì)等。泵允許進(jìn)口壓力不大于0.6MPa 。
進(jìn)口(BACH)進(jìn)口入料泵技術(shù)特性:
<1>新結(jié)構(gòu):具有對(duì)稱布置的葉輪轉(zhuǎn)子部件,各級(jí)對(duì)稱葉輪所產(chǎn)生的軸向力相互抵消,無(wú)需采用平衡盤(pán)結(jié)構(gòu)就能實(shí)現(xiàn)泵腔內(nèi)巨大軸向推力的自動(dòng)平衡;
<2>新技術(shù):節(jié)流、減壓裝置,奇數(shù)級(jí)平衡裝置;
<3>高效率:葉輪、導(dǎo)葉流道對(duì)中性好,不會(huì)隨平衡盤(pán)的磨損、轉(zhuǎn)子部件前移而出現(xiàn)效率明顯下降;沒(méi)有平衡水的泄漏,減少了容積損失,提高了泵的效率,比普通泵效率平均高1%~2%;
<4>良好汽蝕性能:具有良好的汽蝕性能,部分型號(hào)泵首級(jí)葉輪采用雙吸結(jié)構(gòu);
<5>機(jī)封強(qiáng)可靠性:泵啟、停時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子部件沒(méi)有軸向竄動(dòng),工作時(shí)沒(méi)有軸向脈動(dòng),克服了一直困擾多級(jí)泵的機(jī)封可靠性差這一難題;
<6>應(yīng)用廣泛:取消了小間隙平衡盤(pán),比普通泵更適應(yīng)于介質(zhì)性質(zhì)更為惡劣的場(chǎng)合;
<7>高可靠性:取消了易出故障的平衡盤(pán),可靠性大大提高,維護(hù)次數(shù)減少,維護(hù)成本降低;
<8>軸向力峰值低:軸向力只有普通泵的一半,對(duì)泵的干擾影響大大降低,剛性大大提高;
<9>維護(hù)成本低:采用精密鑄造、節(jié)流、減壓裝置起到輔助支承作用,泵振動(dòng)、噪音大大降低,使用壽命長(zhǎng);
<10>泵熱脹(冷縮)均勻?qū)ΨQ性好:泵上下、左右熱脹(冷縮)均勻,對(duì)稱性好。
