DC SERIES MULTIPLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES

DC20、25、32多路換向閥是我公司根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外工程機(jī)械液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的新型多路換向閥。廣泛適用于裝載機(jī)、汽車起重機(jī)、推土機(jī)、壓樁機(jī)等工程機(jī)械和大噸位叉車、冶金、農(nóng)業(yè)、塑料等機(jī)械的液壓系統(tǒng)中，是主機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)口元件國(guó)產(chǎn)化的理想產(chǎn)品。

該閥為片式結(jié)構(gòu)、體積小、功能齊全、油路形式多、有并聯(lián)、串并聯(lián)油路，可單泵或雙泵供油，多級(jí)壓力控制和分、合流回路等，安裝方便，滑閥可在任意一端伸出，滑閥端部有舌狀和叉狀二種結(jié)構(gòu)?；y機(jī)能齊全，除國(guó)內(nèi)已有的機(jī)能外，還增加了G型、R型、W型等特殊機(jī)能，zui多可以控制10個(gè)工作機(jī)構(gòu)，能廣泛地滿足用戶要求。

The DC20、25、32multiple directional control valves are in accordance with domestic and foreign engineering machinery hydraulic systems to optimize the design of the new multi-valve.Widely applicable to the truck crane,bulldozer,large-middle forklift ,loader,pressure machine,such as construction machinery and metallurgy ,agriculture, 

plastics machinery hydraulic system,is the host of imports of components to achieve the ideal of home-made products.

     The valves for the chip structure,small size,full-featured,in the form of oil,have a parallel,series-parallel circuit can be single or double pump oil pump,multi-level control and pressure points,such as merging circuit.It is easy to install,slide valve can be arbitrarily extended at one end,the end of the slide valve has forked and tongue structures.It’s sliding valve function fully ,in addition to the existing internal functions,but also an increase of G-type,R-type,W-type and others special functions.It can control up to 10 bodies,extensive able to meet user requirements.

閥體結(jié)構(gòu)：片式閥體，可根據(jù)工作機(jī)構(gòu)需要組合為10連以內(nèi)的多路閥組。

Body structure:Body-on-chip,it can be composed to within 10 joint multi-valve blocks.

負(fù)載傳感功能：具有優(yōu)良的負(fù)載傳感功能。

Load-sensing functions:With a good load sensing feature.

大流量：DC32是zui大通徑的片式多路閥產(chǎn)品。

Large capacity:DC32 is the largest drift diameter patent multi-chip valve products.

通用性與性：DC系統(tǒng)是功能zui齊的通用片式多路閥，并可根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行多種改型設(shè)計(jì)。

General and specific:DC series is the most common chip-pronged multi-valve,root and can show the need for a wide range of specialty design modifications.

微動(dòng)功能：具有良好的微動(dòng)功能，可實(shí)現(xiàn)起重機(jī)卷?yè)P(yáng)點(diǎn)動(dòng)2-3mm操作。

Fretting:A good micro-features,can move at 2-3mm operation.

油路形式：并聯(lián)、串并聯(lián)油路，可單泵或雙泵的分、合流回路。

Oil way:Parallel,series-parallel circuit;it can be distributaries loop or confluence loop for single or double pump.

滑閥機(jī)能：滑閥機(jī)能齊全，有14種。并具有G、R、W特殊機(jī)能。

Sliding valve function:With full-function slide valve,14.With G.R.W special functions.

安裝連接：滑閥可任意一端伸出，并有舌狀、叉狀兩種形式，油口有法蘭螺紋等多種形式。

Installation link:Sliding valve can be slid off the end of the arbitrary,with fork-like and tongue forms,oil ports have threaded flange,and other means.

控制方式：手動(dòng)、液動(dòng)操作。

負(fù)載保持：每連都內(nèi)置有負(fù)載保持和壓力隔斷的單向閥。

Load keeping:Each joint has one-way valve built-in load keeping and pressure cut-off.

附加閥：可在任一工作口安裝過載閥或補(bǔ)油閥，DC32還可以在任一工作口同時(shí)安裝過載閥和補(bǔ)油閥。

Additional valve:In any one of the outlets can be install the Overload valve or oil fill valve,and can be install the overload valve and the fill valve at the same time in DC32

過橋功能：配置中間閥塊或過橋閥塊可實(shí)現(xiàn)過橋功能或外接油口。

Bridge functions:Achievable the bridge functions or oil port by used Centre adjustment valve block or across bridge valve block

適用領(lǐng)域：起重機(jī)、推土機(jī)、大噸位叉車、壓樁機(jī)、裝載機(jī)及其它機(jī)械。

Applicable in the field:Cranes,bulldozers,forklifts large tonnage,pressure machine,loaders and other machinery.
