電動V型調(diào)節(jié)球閥是一種芯閥座采用金屬，或金屬對聚四氟乙烯密封配合的旋轉(zhuǎn)球閥，它將球閥和蝶閥的*控制特性結(jié)合成一體,既可用作控制調(diào)節(jié)閥，又可作關(guān)斷切斷閥。其主要特點是：

（1）不帶任何管接頭的整體式閥體，因此不受管道或螺栓應(yīng)力影響，并且由于閥體無任何管接頭，故耐壓殼體不會受壓力“突變”的影響；

（2）具有一個V型閥體，即使在小流量或高粘度介質(zhì)的情況下，也可在整個量程范圍內(nèi)，保證控制的精確性；

（3）防漏耐用的閥座在其外徑處襯有帶不銹鋼內(nèi)芯PTFE杯形或是O型密封圈，閥座用截面較大的鎢鈷硬質(zhì)合金制成，通過一個合金的波紋彈簧進一步增強了閥座的結(jié)構(gòu)；

（4）當(dāng)閥門關(guān)閉時，V型缺口與閥座之間產(chǎn)生楔形剪切作用，并既具有自潔功能又可防止球芯卡死，特別適用于管線結(jié)垢凍結(jié)或含有纖維和顆粒固體場合。

適用于高粘度、懸浮液、紙漿等不干凈、含纖維介質(zhì)場合。采用直連方式與執(zhí)行機構(gòu)連接，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、尺寸小、重量輕、阻力小、動作穩(wěn)定可靠等優(yōu)點。執(zhí)行機構(gòu)根據(jù)用戶要求配置UNIC、PSQ、HQ、DHL等型號電子式電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)或GTX、AL等氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構(gòu)。調(diào)節(jié)閥用于調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)的流量、壓力和液位。根據(jù)調(diào)節(jié)部位信號，自動控制閥門的開度，從而達到介質(zhì)流量、壓力和液位的調(diào)節(jié)。調(diào)節(jié)閥分電動調(diào)節(jié)閥、氣動調(diào)節(jié)閥和液動調(diào)節(jié)閥等。調(diào)節(jié)閥由電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)或氣動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和調(diào)節(jié)閥兩部分組成。調(diào)節(jié)并通常分為直通單座式和直通雙座式兩種，后者具有流通能力大、不平衡辦小和操作穩(wěn)定的特點，所以通常特別適用于大流量、高壓降和泄漏少的場合。流通能力Cv是選擇調(diào)節(jié)閥的主要參數(shù)之一，調(diào)節(jié)閥的流通能力的定義為：當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)閥全開時，閥兩端壓差為0.1MPa，流體密度為1g/cm3時，每小時流徑調(diào)節(jié)閥的流量數(shù)，稱為流通能力，也稱流量系數(shù)，以Cv表示，單位為t/h。

Electric V- type control ball valve is a rotating ball valve that trim is metal or metal on the PTFE seal .It's absorbed best control characteristics in ball valve and butterfly valve, not only as control adjustment valve, but also as cut off valve . Flowing are the main features:

 （4） When valve is closed, V- notch and seat bring about wedge-shaped shearing , not only self-cleaning ,also prevent trim being stuck, especially it's suitable for freezing pipeline or containing fibers and particles of solid occasions. It's suitable for media of high viscosity ,suspension ,unclean paper pulp and fiber containing . Directly connection connected with actuator .The advantage are compact structure, small size, light weight, resistance movements, stable and reliable. Actuator can be equipped with UNIC,PSQ, HQ, DHL etc electronic actuator or GTX,AL etc , pneumatic piston actuator. Control valve is used for adjusting media flow, pressure, liquid level and divided into electric control valve, pneumatic control valve and hydraulic control valve . Control valve are composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and control valve and is divided into two-seat single-block and straight-through type, the latter one with large flow capacity ,imbalance and stable operating characteristics , so it's usually used in large flow ,high pressure drop and litter leakage. Flow capacity , Cv is one of main parameters . Flowing capacity of control valve is defined as : both ends of valve of difference pressure is 0.1Mpa when it's closed. when fluid density is 1g/cm 3 ,every hour of flowing path number of control valve is called flowing capacity or flowing coefficient expressed by Cv and unit is t/h.
