一、概述Outline
QJ（D/S）DX型精小型氣動橡膠蝶閥是由氣動活塞式執(zhí)行機構和襯里蝶閥組成，屬旋轉類控制閥。
該產(chǎn)品以壓縮空氣為動力源，接受控制儀表的4-20mA信號（或開關信號），通過電-氣閥門定位器（或電磁閥）實現(xiàn)對閥門的連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)（或位式控制）。
橡膠襯里蝶閥是一種閥體內(nèi)腔襯有橡膠的防腐蝕蝶閥?？刂聘g性流體不與閥體接觸，閥體可用普通鑄鐵或碳鋼，由此降低蝶閥的成本。襯里材料有各種橡膠可供選擇，還可更換。
該產(chǎn)品結構簡單，輸出力矩大，性能*。蝶閥通常適用于控制密封要求比較高的腐蝕性流體。
QJ （D / S） DX-type fine small pneumatic rubber valve is pneumatic piston actuator and lining butterfly valve, is a rotary type control valve.
The product is compressed air as power source, to accept 4-20mA control signal meter （or switch signals）, through the electric - gas valve locator （or solenoid valve） to achieve the continuous adjustment of the valve （or bit control）.
Rubber lined butterfly valve is a body cavity lined with rubber anti-corrosion butterfly. Corrosion control and body fluid does not contact the valve body can be an ordinary cast iron or steel, thus reducing the cost of butterfly. There are a variety of rubber lining materials available, can be replaced.
The product is simple, the output torque, and superior performance. Control valve normally sealing requirements for high corrosive fluids.
