二、結(jié)構(gòu)原理Structure principle

氣動偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥閥芯，閥桿作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，所以調(diào)節(jié)閥在工作過程中所受摩擦力很小，當(dāng)閥芯和閥座相接觸關(guān)閉時，閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機構(gòu)推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力，使閥芯與閥座接觸更加緊密牢固，因此偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥泄漏量很小。同時關(guān)閉閥門所需的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)推力與球閥、蝶閥相比要小。另外在閥芯與上，下導(dǎo)向之間留有一定的間隙以確保閥芯能自動對中。
在偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥產(chǎn)品中，省去了閥蓋這一單獨零件，閥蓋與閥體鑄成一體，由于閥蓋較長，有足夠的散熱面積，故偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥的使用溫度為-40~+350℃。
